La Casita Azul is a Mexican bakery chain that needed to be able to monitor the activities of all its geographically apart branches in the following areas: sales, inventory, sales points, invoicing, etc.

A System was developed that allows, in a secure and simple way, to carry all different actions involving a scheme of user privilege administration that defines access to all sectors within.

Because of the way their branches are distributed and the complexity of having a direct network connection, we opted to implement a very sophisticated system of distribution and data replication between the central server and its succursal offshoots.

This system is indeed based in client-server technology and is, de facto, independent from the database and can operate indistinctly, be it with Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.

For this particular case a client-server protocol is currently working under Windows with MySQL and a Linux server with PostgreSQL.
